  1. We provide a menu to order your lunch ahead of schedule from the park restaurant. Payment for lunch is collected at the end of the day.
  2. Zip-lining is not included in this tour. The park offers zip-lining services separately for guests who wish to participate.
  3. Water shoes are also not included, but they are strongly recommended for safely enjoying the caves, river, and hot springs. Guests may bring their own, or they can easily rent or they can find renting/purchasing options.

    • Guides will ask to view your reservation at the beginning of the trip before boarding
    • Pick-ups are limited to the following neighborhoods: Roma Norte, Roma Sur, Condesa, Hipodromo, Juárez, Polanco, Anzures, San Rafael, Cuauhtémoc (the neighborhood), Tabacalera, and Centro (west of Zocalo ONLY). Qualifying clients for pick up will be asked to CONFIRM that they are ready for pickup 5-10 minutes before their scheduled pick up time (confirmed by 8pm the evening before the trip date)
    • Drop-off are available only if the group arrives to the initial drop off point (Angel of Independence Monument) before 8:30pm. Drop offs in Centro are limited to Palacio de Bellas Artes or Parque Alameda, due to evening blocked traffic or other road restrictions in the evening.
    • Client feedback shows that most guests end up preferring to use a rideshare app to get to and from the Ángel de la Independencia, as it helps them reduce time spent in the vehicle during pick‑ups and drop‑offs.
    What to bring
      • Water shoes — strongly recommended for safely walking in the caves, river, and hot springs. Guests may bring their own or rent/purchase them along the way.
      • Swimwear — you’ll be in and out of the water throughout the day; limited purchase options along the way. 
      • Change of clothes — for the ride back to CDMX.
      • Cash — for lunch, optional activities, and small purchases.
      • Comfortable walking shoes — for stairs and pathways around the park.
      • Sunglasses — helpful for the bright sun and reflective water areas.
